Our Classes

Our classes are the physical education you need to achieve radical long-term health and fitness. Although these are group classes, our coaches focus on each member individually to make sure the movements are scaled to fit their fitness level and goals perfectly. Your goals are our No. 1 priority.

  • Aces Assessment

    Every new member will go through Aces Assessment. Whether you are just getting into training for the first time or you are a competitive CrossFitter, it is paramount that we understand you and your body. Our assessment process is designed to highlight imbalances, weaknesses and potential risks in the following areas:

    Upper body pushing
    Upper body pulling
    Hinging
    Squatting
    Single leg
    Core
    Energy systems

    This allows us to coach you through your programme and build the strongest, fittest you while remaining injury free.

  • CrossFit

    Typical classes are a combination of Gymnastics (push ups, pull ups, dips, handstands etc), Weightlifting  (back squats, deadlifts, presses etc) and Metabolic Conditioning (running, rowing biking skipping etc) at different intensity levels and time durations. We design our programme to get you as strong as you are fit and as good as possible across the board. Our members use our CrossFit sessions to achieve a number of goals. Some use it for improved body composition, others use its to perform movements and complete tasks they never thought they were physically capable of while some use it as a means of competition and to test their athleticism.   • Aces Strong

    Is a strongman style session action packed with hard work that will leave you flat on your back. Pick things up that you thought wasn’t possible, carry loads heavier than you realised you could. Push, pull, carry and squat your way to being STRONG and FIT.

  • Aces Barbell

    In this session you will get a blend of strength training and bodybuilding. If you are new to lifting this is the perfect class to improve your movement patterns and get some experience under the bar. More advanced? – Then keep improving your strength and technique in our programme designed to keep your numbers going up all under the watchful eye of our experienced coaches. The bodybuilding provides you with the chance to increase muscle mass and iron out imbalances.

  • Aces Weightlifting

    Aces Weightlifting is led by our very own ex champion weightlifter Mehmed Fikretov. The session focuses on the two primary lifts, Snatch and Clean & Jerk with added accessory strength pieces. If you are looking to make huge improvements on the two lifts then this class is for you!

  • Lee Valley – CrossFit

  • Aces ID

    You will have your own coach, your own programme and work towards your own specific goals. Through consultations, assessment and building a strong coach/athlete relationship, your coach will get to know you and the best way to achieve your goals.
